Refund of Package
The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and as federal law states, alcoholic beverages can only be returned or exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated or contaminated.
Event Tickets
All sales are final for Event Tickets. If you are unable to attend the event, please notify us within 24 hours of the event date and we will offer a credit to a future event.
Out of Stock Items
Even though we constantly monitor inventory to ensure our stock accuracy, there may be occasions that certain vintages or varietals sell out. When that occurs, our Poggio Leano Team will contact you for replacing with a comparable selection.
