This elegantly balanced wine is dark ruby in color with a garnet hue. Velvety aromas of fruits and cinnamon spices combine seamlessly with sweet notes of oak. The palate is soft with mouth coating flavors of blackberry, red currant and hints of hazelnut and pepper, followed by a long, smooth finish.
Pairs fantastically with a steak.

The Prestifilippo Family has been growing their property into a Sicilian Estate since 2003. Planted on their Estate property is Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Nero D'Avola, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Aglianico, Montepulciano, Sagrantino, Pinot Grigio, Catarratto, and Moscato Canelli grapes along with a vast variety of olives (to make our estate grown and produced olive oils), fruits, and vegetables. The Prestifilippo family now grows grapes on over 30 acres.
In addition to the vineyards and Wine Room, they distribute the wine and olive oil at the family-owned restaurants located in Temecula, California: Gourmet Italia, Spuntino pizzeria, and Bottega Italia.
